A.- You are coming to foreign country and for your safety you need to know who is handling your transportation service in case of an unforeseen issue. If you hire a public transportation service you will never know the real name of the driver and if the hired service is provided by a legal company or by the ones commonly called pirates, often not insured and using old vehicles. With us everything is stored in a master database where we record the vehicle number, plates, driver name, time departing the airport, drop off time at the hotel, etc. Remember is always better to pre-arrange your transportation when you travel abroad.

A.- No, our rates are lower, this is because we work on pre-booked reservations only and we don't have to pay expensive parking fees and fixed location rent, this allow us to offer better prices and superior quality services than the regular transportation vehicles at the airport.

A.- We started operations in April 30th, 2000. We have ample experience in transporting individuals and groups for almost 6 years.

A.- Absolutely, before we hire any member of our staff they need to pass several tests and present sufficient information about them, we request federal driver's license which is not easy to get, no criminal records certificate issued by the police, anti-doping tests and three reference letters from local companies. All of our vehicles fully insured and our drivers are bonded.

A.- Yes we do have license to operate in the two airport terminals and have federal plates to transport passengers in all of Mexico's roads. Our companies are bonded and all of our vehicles count with effective insurance policies, applicable permits and licenses. See a valid permit sample. .

A.- Yes, we can do that upon request. We grant up to 15 minutes waiting at no additional cost but if it takes more time than that, a fee is applicable. The free 15 minutes is applicable only at convenience stores on the way from the Airport to your hotel. You need to request the price for that special service if you go to Sam's Cub, Wal-Mart or Costco stores since all those ones are located in downtown Cancun several miles away from the hotel Zone. A.-If you have confirmed a round trip service it is not necessary to do that since we have an electronic scheduler that reminds us your service until it has been completed, when make a reservation we issue an electronic voucher online with your service information the information on that voucher is the same that we have. However if you feel more comfortable contact us by phone to double check your return service.

A.-Yes, we can take your reservation, no matter if you will come over within the next 6 months or next year. We take reservations up to 24 months in advance.

A.- 80% of our drivers speaks good English level and the rest has basic level only but they will understand what you want if you speak to them slowly. The reservation staff and the operation's manager speaks english fluently so in case you have any problem in Cancun just contact us and we will take care of the issue.

A.- Children from 0 to 5 years old are free of charge. After that age they are considered as adults.

A.-Yes, we do have children booster seats available upon request. The seats that we have are suitable for children between 0 and 3 years old.
