You have the option to cancel your reservation at any time. If you paid in advance for the service, you will be refunded if your booking fits our cancellation rules.
To cancel the reservation, enter the service voucher that we emailed to you. Access the "My Bookings" manager online and request the cancellation of the service from there.
Also, look for the bubble indication in the voucher body, as illustrated below. Simply click on it to get your service canceled or amended. The request for cancellation will be handled as soon as possible.
