PAYMENTS ONLINE
You can pay our driver only in cash when you get to Cancun, but if you prefer to pre-pay your transfer with credit card you can do that. We accept online Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Our credit card processor is PayPal, which is one of the best & secure companies for e-commerce in the internet market. To make a payment please follow these easy steps:
  • Have handy the reference number that we previously emailed to you.
  • Insert the reference number, the amount to pay and click on the button "Click Here to Pay " located below
  • Another secure window will be open
  • Enter the information requested to process your payment
  • If your card is approved we will instantly receive notification of your payment.
  • As soon as we have it, we will acknowledge receipt and reconfirm the service you paid for.

Important: For your security our credit card processor works in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), this means that your information is encrypted and nobody can have access to it. After you click on the payment button, you will notice at the right bottom of the screen a little lock graphic like this: , this means that you entered to a secure environment.

Cancellation Policy: The service paid with credit card is 100% refundable if you give us a cancellation notice 24 hours in advance prior to your arrival date. If you don't cancel your reservation and no show at the airport, a charge of $10.00 will be applicable and the balance will be refunded to you.
To guarantee the quality of our service, in case you have a valid complaint about it, you'll get 100% refund no matter if you have used one portion of the service confirmed.
This process if only for clients that have received a confirmation number from our reservation department.
