
All confirmed services are subject to the following cancellation, refund, and no-show policies.
Arrival Services
Cancellations submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Those made within this window, or in the event of a no-show at the airport, are non-refundable. For round-trip bookings, if the arrival leg goes unused, the return service will be refunded in full.
Departure Services
Please submit any cancellation or schedule change request at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and non-refundable, as the vehicle and space are exclusively reserved for your service. Failure to appear at the designated pickup location at the confirmed date and time will be considered a completed service, and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email, referencing the voucher number you received at the time of booking. The email timestamp will serve as the official record of your request. Please note that any changes to your reservation are only valid upon receipt of confirmation from us via email.
