Cancellation & Refund Policy

All services reserved and confirmed via electronic means (e.g., social media platforms, email, WhatsApp, or webpages) are subject to our cancellation, refund, and no-show policies.

Arrivals
.- If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you do not notify us before that time, or simply do not show up at the airport, you will not be reimbursed for the arrival service. If you booked round-trip service, we will refund the return leg of a round-trip service that you did not use.

Departures.- If you fail to show up at the site on the specified pickup day and time for your return to the airport, the service will be considered completed and non-refundable. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at the last minute are non-refundable, given that the vehicle space was reserved specifically for your service. Returns can be updated up to 12 hours in advance; beyond that, they are subject to availability and are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be requested via email using the voucher you received. This will demonstrate the day and time you requested the cancellation of your service. All changes are valid as long as you receive written confirmation from us via email.
