The payment process is simple—just make a reservation, and you can pay online at the end of the booking process. Alternatively, you can pay after receiving your confirmation voucher, up to 24 hours before your service date. We use only secure payment processors to protect your transaction.

For residents of Mexico, we also offer the option to make an electronic transfer to our Mexican bank account or pay in person at Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, or Oxxo convenience stores.

Paying with a credit or debit card is a secure way to ensure worry-free travel. If you need to modify your plans, you can cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled service and receive a prompt refund on the same card. The refund process is quick and straightforward, with no questions asked about the cancellation reason. Please note that all payments are subject to our cancellation and return policies.
