How to Book a Round Trip from Cancun Airport to One Hotel with Return from a Different Hotel.

No Problem! We Offer Flexible Pickup and Drop-off Services – Two Easy Ways to Book

  1. If your return hotel is in the same area as your arrival, simply book a round-trip service using this Link. During the booking process, enter the return hotel name in the remarks field of the reservation form. We’ll handle the arrangements and send a confirmation voucher with both hotels noted for your convenience. Please note that both hotels must be in the same area. For example, if your arrival hotel is in the Cancun Hotel Zone and the return hotel is either in the same zone or in Cancun Downtown, you are eligible for this option. The same rule applies in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Tulum.
  2. If your arrival and return hotel areas differ, you’ll need to make two separate reservations. Book a one-way transfer for your arrival and another for your return journey. This option applies when arriving at one hotel and departing from a different area, such as arriving in Cancun and returning from Playa del Carmen, or vice versa.
