Arrival Process at Cancun Airport: A Step-by-Step Guide
After you have passed through immigration, claimed your luggage, and cleared customs, proceed to the exit corridor. Once you exit the terminal, you’ll see various receptionists holding signs. Look for our airport representative or driver with a “VAN TRAVEL” sign, as indicated in your service voucher. It is important to note that you should avoid the FAMILY AND FRIENDS exit door, as our driver will not be stationed there.

Complete all necessary electronic forms before arriving at Cancun International Airport to expedite Mexican Immigration and Customs procedures.
After clearing immigration and customs, follow the signs to the “Ground Transportation Services and Taxis” area, where our staff will meet you.
Our representatives are usually stationed at the AIR MARGARITA VILLE BAR in Terminal 3 and THE WELCOME BAR in Terminals 2 and 4.
Upon arrival, turn on your phone and enable roaming so our staff can contact you in case of delays.
