We are travelling to Cancun within the next 6 months, Can I make a reservation now? |
A.- Yes, we can take your reservation, no matter if you will come over within the next 6 months or next year. We take reservations up to 24 months in advance. |

Does your drivers speaks English? |
A.- 80% of our drivers speaks good English level and the rest has basic level only but they will understand what you want if you speak to them slowly. The reservation staff and the operation's manager speaks english fluently so in case you have any problem in Cancun just contact us and we will take care of the issue. |

What is your policy for children? |
A.- Children from 0 to 5 years old are free of charge, over that age they are considered as adults, this is for seating purposes only. |

Do you have children seats? |
A.- Yes, we do have forward facing car seats and booster seats available upon request only. The seats that we have are suitable for children between 0 and 5 year old and the additional cost is US $ 5.00 per seat requested. |

How can I locate your driver? |
A.- In both terminal buildings there is a "meet & greet" area where travel representatives wait for their customers, our driver will be on that spot waiting for you, he will hold a sign with your name printed on it. |

Can I pay my transfer with credit card? |
A.- Yes, you can do that only through the internet, if you choose to pay our driver upon arrival to Cancun he only takes cash. When you receive your confirmation number go to our main page and then click on the link Payments. |

I prefer to pay for the service when arrive to Cancun, can I do that? |

Is the tip to the driver included on your published prices? |
A.- No, optional tip to the driver is not included, you can tip him if you think he deserves it depending on the service received. The only things included in the price are taxes, insurance and airport fees. |

Do you rent your vehicles for hours or for private excursions? |
A.- Yes, we can rent our vehicles for a minimun of 3 hours and if you wish to take a private tour we can do that as well. In both cases we provide the driver. |

Can you transport handicapped people? |
A.- Yes we can do that, we have a wheel chair ramp available upon request, we also can remove some seats from our vehicles to allow that special people to travel more comfortable. |

What if I have a reservation confirmed and my flight is delayed? |
A.- We always check with the airline 3 hours in advance if your flight is on time. if not, we will know exactly at what time it is going to arrive and we will wait for you. If your flight is cancelled for any reason or you didn't catch the plane please go to any internet machine existing at most airports and email us to inform of your new arrival information either to cancel your reservation. |

How can I cancel a confirmed reservation? |
A.- The procedure is very easy, just enter to your reservation online and click on the button to request the cancellation or just email us mentioning your reference number and we will take care of that. |
