Description
Red wine. Right bank Bordeaux with predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon grapes; spicy nose, gravel on the palate with an interesting cheesy/milky aftertaste. The color is purple. The nose was cassis, raspberry, with a hint of graphite and eucalyptus. The mouth feel was silky with softening tannins evident. The palate was balanced nicely between fruit, tannin, and minerals.
