Wheelchair and Scooter Transportation Assistance at Cancun Airport

Yes, we can arrange transportation for wheelchair users and those with disabled scooters. While our vehicles do not have lifters, our airport staff is ready to assist you during the boarding process. To make boarding easier, we can park the vehicle on an elevated surface or use wooden steps to aid in the process. We’ll provide a large van to accommodate your wheelchair or scooter, along with your belongings, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey.

If you didn’t bring your wheelchair, don’t worry, simply ask your flight attendant for assistance during the flight. Typically, the airline’s airport staff will assist disabled passengers from the plane exit, guide them through customs and baggage claim, and escort them to the exit door gate in the welcome area, where our driver will be waiting. It’s customary and appreciated to leave a gratuity for the staff member who assists you throughout this process.
