Where can I find the Booking Key?
Your Booking Key is listed directly below the passenger’s name on your voucher. Please note that the reference number is not your Booking Key. The key consists of only six characters in this format: R6U9OX.
Can’t locate your confirmation email?
If you can’t find your confirmation email, don’t worry! You can easily request your Booking Key here. Make sure to use the same email address you used for your booking. If you have your reference number, be sure to include it when requesting the key.
Do I need a confirmed booking to get the Booking Key?
Yes, only confirmed bookings are eligible for a Booking Key. The system matches your Booking Key with the email address provided during the booking process.
Multiple reservations under your name?
No need to check each one individually! When you enter any of your codes, our system will automatically search for a match between your email and the Booking Key, saving you time and hassle.
