After clearing immigration, luggage claim, and customs, proceed through the exit corridor to the terminal exit. Our VAN TRAVEL representative will be waiting for you near the designated bar areas with our company banner.
Have all required electronic forms completed before arriving at Cancun International Airport to expedite Mexican Immigration and Customs procedures. After clearing immigration, proceed to luggage claim and then through customs.
Turn on your phone and enable roaming as soon as you land. Our staff may need to contact you via text messages, WhatsApp, or phone calls if there are any delays in customs or luggage claims.
NEVER exit through the FAMILY AND FRIENDS corridor. Look for the "Ground Transportation Services and Taxis" sign to reach the public service boarding area where our staff will be waiting.
After customs, you will likely encounter numerous solicitors trying to stop you. They may ask for your passport or transportation voucher. Do not stop to talk to them!
These "Information/Transportation" solicitors will waste 30 minutes of your time trying to sell tours, timeshare presentations, or non-requested services. This could cause you to miss your transportation service.
Remember: Walk directly to the designated bar area and look for our VAN TRAVEL banner. We have 60 minutes to wait for you after your flight's first passengers exit.
Individuals shouting "taxi" may try to sell you overpriced services with false claims such as:
Ignore them and keep walking. Our representative is waiting at the designated bar area with a VAN TRAVEL banner.
If someone offers to help you contact us, DO NOT let them use their own phone!
Scammers may pretend to call our office and hand you their phone. The person on the other end will claim your service isn't scheduled and demand cash payment. This is a scam!
How to verify it's really us: Ask for your email address and reservation number. Scammers won't have this information—only we do!
If you use unauthorized services despite these warnings, you do so at your own risk. We will not assume liability or accept claims for services not provided by VAN TRAVEL.
There are two exit doors. Walk down the short exit corridor to the first exit door on your right (marked with a parking lot sign). You'll see a large area where travel representatives wait for customers.

Note: Use the FIRST door on your right. The door at the end of the hallway leads to the main building where people wait for family/friends. We will NOT be there.
Once outside the terminal building, look for the WELCOME BAR. Our drivers and representatives are usually near that area, holding a VAN TRAVEL banner.
After passing through the exit door, you'll see a large space where travel representatives wait for customers. Our representative will be there with a VAN TRAVEL banner.
Find us near the AIR MARGARITA VILLE BAR.
There are two exit doors. One is marked "FAMILY AND FRIENDS" (DO NOT USE THIS ONE). The other says "GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND TAXIS"—use that exit door.

If you cannot locate our staff at the airport, call the number on your service voucher. Do not accept help from others who may mislead you.
