We used Van Travel for our trip to Cancun (arrived Thursday, August 27 and departed, Sunday, September 6). We had a party of 8 people arriving from three different places in the U.S. on 3 different airlines and didn't realize that we would be arriving at different terminals. And our cell phones were not working, so it took a long time for us to connect with each other. We felt very lost, tired and frustrated. And Armando was amazingly helpful, patient and supportive through the entire time. And eventually when we were able to connect with the others in our party, he arranged for a van to travel from terminal to terminal to pick up everyone so we could get on our way to Akumal. I used the service of Cancun Transfers again for our holidays and it was a great experience as always, the best thing was that accidentally we forgot to grab a small handbag on board of the van with all of our money, passports and credit cards, the driver had left the hotel and we called their office and 15 minutes later our driver showed up with the handbag and gave it to us, everything was there not missing a single penny, we feel very comfortable using a safe and honest service.
